2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by BASED CODERS, including design, development, consulting, hosting, and domain services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By booking, purchasing, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Services
BASED CODERS provides:
• iOS UI/UX design in Figma
• iOS application development (Swift)
• Backend development (Rust)
• Managed hosting (AWS and dedicated servers)
• Domain registration and contact services
Each service is billed per day unless otherwise stated. Weekend bookings are subject to a +20% rate adjustment.
4. Booking and Availability
Services are booked per full week.
Availability is shown in the online booking calendar.
BASED CODERS reserves the right to confirm or decline bookings based on workload or scheduling conflicts.
5. Pricing and Payment
All rates are in euros (EUR).
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT (btw).
Payments are due in full prior to the start of each booked period.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and any method specified on the website.
Late payments may incur interest as allowed under Dutch law.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of a booked period are refundable at 80%.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, source code, designs, or documentation produced by BASED CODERS remain the property of BASED CODERS until full payment has been received.
After payment, ownership of final deliverables may transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.
BASED CODERS may reference completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all non-public project information as confidential and to use it solely for the purpose of project execution.
9. Limitation of Liability
BASED CODERS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court in Amsterdam.
